Job summary
At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an outpatients receptionist to be based within the Outpatient Directorate at our County site.
Main duties of the job
Checking in patients and ensuring demographics are correct
Directing patient to the correct area in order to see the Consultant/ Nurse
Prepping the paperwork in order for the Consultants to advise on the best care for the patients
Completing the outcomes following clinics to ensure the patient is either discharged from clinic or adding to the correct follow waiting list so any further follow ups can be arranged in time order following Consultants advise
