As a QESH Officer , you help AME maintain and continuously improve compliance across the organization. You support compliance with applicable legislation, management-system standards, cybersecurity requirements, ESG requirements, and Health & Safety requirements. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you play an important role in monitoring new or changed requirements, coordinating follow-up actions and ensuring that compliance activities, documentation, and evidence are well organized and up to date. You will work with all departments across the organization and collaborate with external specialists, certification bodies, and other relevant stakeholders. You may be a good fit for this role if you are interested in compliance, are comfortable approaching people, asking questions, following up on actions, and raising concerns when requirements may not be met. You will gradually build your knowledge of AME's Integrated Management System, standards, legislation, and audit processes while taking increasing ownership of your responsibilities. *This is a part-time position of 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week).
