Main duties of the job
Participate in clinical pharmacy services including, prescription review, patient counselling, adverse drug reaction reporting and therapeutic drug monitoring and individualisation of patients drug therapy. Undertake clinical and technical duties in the dispensary dependant on service requirements. Perform assessments and support the rotational pharmacists in gaining their clinical development. To assist in planning and implementing clinical pharmacy service developments and other medicines related change. Provide a Clinical Pharmacy Service to a designated ward, on a rotational basis, under the guidance of a senior colleague.

Experience Essential
NHS experience is Essential.
Qualifications Essential
Professional Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Masters Degree in Pharmacy or UK recognised equivalent.
