Main duties of the job
The Role
This is not a coldcalling role. You will be supporting clients during important and often emotional moments, ensuring every conversation is handled with empathy and care. Our team prides itself on creating a positive, supportive environment where your contribution genuinely matters.

Training & Working Pattern
Your journey begins13thJuly 2026 with 4 weeks of onsite training (Mon Fri, 8AM4PM).After5 months onsite, you will have the option to move into hybrid working.
Shifts run between 8AM and 8PM, with an alternate Sunday shift
