Main duties of the job We are looking for a Clinical Lead who is a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin to join our team. The role requires 37.5 hours per week and offers a pay rate of £24.00 per hour. As a Clinical Lead, you will use your clinical experience to lead and mentor your team, aiming to deliver excellent quality outcomes and person-centred care. You will help enhance our residents' well-being with independence and choice and need to be an effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and their families.
