The successful candidate will be responsible for managing health and safety at this home, undertake remedial work and liaise with external contractors on work beyond the scope of general repair and maintenance. Main duties of the job We are looking for a Site Maintenance Officer to join our team at Dormy House, an 88 bedded residential, nursing, dementia, and palliative care home in Sunningdale, Berkshire. Rated 9.6 on Carehome.co.uk, Dormy House is committed to providing the highest standards of care to its residents. As a Site Maintenance Officer, you will work 37.5 hours per week with shifts from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and some weekends included. Qualifications Essential
Candidates are expected to have good practical maintenance experience. Excellent communication skills and flexibility are important. Previous experience in managing health and safety as well as the ability to conduct remedial works and liaise with external contractors are also necessary.
