Were looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team, supporting a young adult living just outside Dorchester. Where youll be working: Dorchester and surrounding areas Shift patterns are 09:00-15:00, Monday Friday. This is a community-based support role with no personal care required. Youll be accompanying them to activities, clubs, appointments, and volunteering roles. As this is a 1:1 support role, a driver with access to your own car is essentialPlease note: This role involves full personal care, meal preparation, and following detailed routines.
