Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

To properly deliver the requirements of this post it is expected that the job holder will have one of the following qualification/professional membership: Registered Mental Health Nurses: Registered Nurse qualification in Mental Health Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Occupational Therapists: BSc or equivalent in Occupational Therapy Registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) Social Workers: Social Work qualification (CQSW, DIPSW, Degree). Approved Social Worker status under the Isle of Man Mental Health Act 1998 or the capability and willingness to undertake training to gain this qualification within a 3 year specified period, or if employed from other jurisdiction Approval under other jurisdictions requirements and portfolio evidence to support this. Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
