We are seeking a Support Analyst & Executive Assistant to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will support both the sales and marketing leaders — providing analytical, administrative, and executive assistance to drive efficiency and performance. This position reports to the Sales Team Lead and works closely with sales and marketing leadership to enable smarter decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementPrepare reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performanceSupport the team by conducting market research and competitor analysisAssist in forecasting sales trends and setting sales targetsEnsure accurate reporting of sales metrics in collaboration with the sales teamExecutive & Admin Support
Provide executive assistance to sales and marketing leaders, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordinationBuild and maintain strategy decks, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholdersManage logistics for team meetings, events, offsites, and cross-functional initiativesServe as a point of coordination between sales, marketing, and external vendorsOperations & Systems
Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems through communication with vendorsRequirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business, finance, or a related fieldProficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365Experience building strategy decks and executive-level presentationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars and logisticsHigh attention to detail and due diligence in reportingExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentSkilled in problem-solving and data analysisExperience with CRM systems (preferred but not required)Benefits
