The organization delivers end-to-end solutions across accommodation management, catering operations, laundry services, maintenance, and soft/hard FM support. About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations across food supplies, operational consumables, maintenance materials, and accommodation support services.

This is a leadership role requiring strong commercial judgment, supplier negotiation capability, inventory planning expertise, and deep operational procurement experience within high-volume environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement & Sourcing Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with operational goals Lead sourcing, RFQs, tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization Identify and onboard reliable regional and international suppliers Secure competitive pricing, strong commercial terms, and supply continuity Category ManagementManage procurement across:

Food & Catering

Fresh Fruits & Vegetables Dry grocery / staple commodities Rice, flour, pulses, oils, spices Dairy, poultry, eggs, chilled & frozen products Food packaging and catering consumables Bulk sourcing for industrial catering operations Operational Supplies

Laundry consumables & linen Staff uniforms / PPE Cleaning chemicals & hygiene products MEP / maintenance consumables Furniture & accommodation operational supplies Vendor & Supply Chain Management Build and manage approved supplier networks Monitor vendor quality, pricing, service, and delivery KPIs Establish alternate sourcing channels for risk mitigation Ensure procurement compliance with operational and safety standards Planning / Inventory / Cost Control Partner with operations teams on demand forecasting Optimize stock levels and reduce wastage Lead spend analysis and procurement cost-saving initiatives Strengthen purchasing governance and procurement controlsRequirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement / Supply Chain / Business / related field CIPS / CPSM / CSCP preferred 8–12+ years procurement experience 4+ years in leadership capacity Strong background in Facilities Management / Catering / Hospitality / Camp Operations / Industrial Laundry UAE supplier market exposure strongly preferred ERP experience (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics preferred) Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skillsBenefits

Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 per month + Other Benefits by the Company & Labour Law
