About this role
Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic BI and Data Analytics projects, including migrations and improvement tracks. Act as the bridge between business departments, IT teams, and external suppliers to ensure alignment with project scope and quality expectations. Oversee the development of reporting solutions with a specific focus on ESG/CSRD compliance and organizational KPI requirements. Drive project delivery using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban while maintaining focus on solution-delivery ownership. Lead collaboration with Data Governance, Architecture, and Engineering teams to build a consistent and future-proof data environment. Document essential project artifacts including charters, roadmaps, migration plans, and architecture guidelines. Requirements You have 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a hands-on approach to delivery. You possess 5+ years of experience in the delivery of Data & Analytics related projects. You bring proven expertise in BI tools including Microsoft Power BI , Microsoft Fabric , and Microsoft Azure . You have a strong background in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban . You possess a degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. You have experience using JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. You're proactive with a solution-delivery mindset and strong stakeholder management skills. You are fluent in Dutch and English with a C1 level of French . Nice to Haves Experience with ESG or CSRD reporting projects. Experience in creating migration plans and documenting architecture best practices. Proficiency in analysis techniques such as process analysis and use case development.
