Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to document requirements, objectives, and complex processes. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories for IT applications. Partner with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and architectural standards. Support the quality assurance lifecycle by developing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve functional defects while providing continuous guidance to project teams. Document API specifications and provide feasibility studies for new digital services. Requirements 5+ years of experience in business and functional analysis within Agile or SAFe environments. 5+ years of experience with business process modelling using BPMN or UML . 5+ years of experience writing User Stories and managing SDLC methodologies. 2+ years of experience performing functional analysis within a Sitecore CMS environment. You possess professional experience in the public transport or e-commerce sectors. You bring technical knowledge of international rail travel systems, including PNR , content distribution , and seat reservations . You have experience with API documentation and feasibility study execution. You're detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting. You are fluent in English with a C1 level in Dutch or French . Nice to Haves Experience with multi-channel digital sales platforms. Willingness to obtain certifications in advanced analysis methodologies.
