We are looking for a Recruiter who can join our team and lead our efforts to find and attract the best talent in the industry. As the Recruiter, you will be responsible for searching, identifying, and attracting top talent. You will work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
ResponsibilitiesHeadhunting for positions across multiple industries with focus on LATAM regionDevelop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates not actively seeking new opportunitiesBuild and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and consistent communicationPartner with clients to deeply understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matchingManage full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation, providing white-glove service to both clients and candidatesLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow and other specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talentRequirements
Min 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/RecruitmentExperienced in recruiting for US-based companies for e-commerce or tech roles, ideally for a staffing agencyExperience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offeringProficient in Boolean Search and Outreach techniquesFluent in EnglishStrong relationship-building and networking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentBenefits
