About the RoleOur client is hiring detail-oriented Marketing Data Entry Specialists to support their media buying and operations team. This role is primarily focused on inputting and maintaining Meta Ads data into internal dashboards and Google Sheets.
This is not a creative marketing role—it is a precision-based, execution role where accuracy and consistency are critical. You’ll be handling structured, repetitive tasks that directly impact reporting and campaign performance tracking.
ResponsibilitiesAccurately input Meta Ads data into dashboards and Google SheetsMaintain and update campaign data (spend, performance metrics, campaign structure)Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing informationFollow SOPs for data entry and reporting workflowsSupport general administrative and data-related tasksEnsure data is clean, organized, and up to date for the media buying team
Schedule & AvailabilityWeekday Roles (2 hires – Monday to Friday):
Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Shift 2: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Weekend Roles (4 hires – Saturday & Sunday):

Hiring Process
Candidates will complete a short data entry assessment via Testlify to evaluate accuracy and attention to detail Compensation
$1,200 – $1,500/month (depending on experience) Long-term, stable opportunity within a growing performance marketing teamRequirements
