Process Initial or Pre Authorization via Phone or EmailCommunicate with insurance providers for authorization determinationProcess verification of members' benefits Review members' clinical recordsManage cases effectivelyRequirements
At least 1-year BPO experience handling a Healthcare Accountwith 6 months Team lead / Supervisory / SME experienceMust have experience handling Initial or Pre-AuthorizationExperience handling Claims is a plusProficient in using MS Tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shiftBenefits
