Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
Document Management and Data Entry
Process documents uploaded into the Brightree Document Management System.Ensure accuracy and completeness of uploaded records.Maintain organized digital filing systems for quick retrieval and compliance purposes.
Billing and Payment Posting
Post incoming payments and process billing activities in the Brightree system.Verify and reconcile payment entries to ensure accuracy.Address discrepancies in payments or billing issues promptly.
Fax Processing
Monitor and manage a shared inbox for incoming fax requests.Categorize faxes based on their nature (e.g., pickup requests, renewals, changes).Assign priority levels to faxes and ensure timely processing based on urgency.Requirements
At least 6 months experience in a Healthcare Account (US Healthcare Insurance)Must have experience using and windows based medical software (Brightree, Apachetta, Etc.)Proficient in using MS ExcelGood verbal and written English communication skillsWilling to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Amenable working night shiftBenefits
