Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and post invoices accurately in the client’s accounting system Perform statement reviews to ensure completeness and resolve discrepancies Identify and assign appropriate General Ledger (GL) codes for transactions Conduct month-end activities, including purchase journal reviews Communicate with vendors to address inquiries, discrepancies, and payment concerns Provide regular updates to internal counterparts and clients on daily task completion and status
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.At least 6 months of experience in accounts payable.Detailed oriented and organized.Good verbal and written English skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, MandaluyongAmenable working night shift
