Responsibilities Build AI agents, workflow automations, and productivity solutions using the Microsoft AI ecosystem and Microsoft 365 Copilot . Translate business opportunities into scalable low-code solutions that deliver measurable value. Create reusable agent patterns, templates, connectors, and accelerators for enterprise-wide implementation. Support and coach citizen developers and business teams in the adoption of low-code and AI solutions. Maintain governance, security, and lifecycle management standards for Power Platform and AI agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists and Product Owners to deliver end-to-end business solutions. Requirements You bring 3+ years of experience developing solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically with Power Apps , Power Automate , Copilot , and Dataverse . You possess 3+ years of experience with Copilot Studio , Power Virtual Agents , or conversational AI platforms. You're experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies. You have a strong understanding of governance, security, and lifecycle management within Power Platform environments. You have the ability to translate business requirements into practical and user-friendly solutions. You possess the ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholders. You are fluent in Dutch and English . Nice to Haves Hold Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200 , PL-400 , or PL-600 . Familiarity with Azure AI , AI Foundry , or API integrations. Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and agent development. Professional experience within the insurance sector. Experience building reusable enterprise automation capabilities and communities of practice.
