Essential Job Functions:
• Create and maintain a customer-driven hotel with a customer-keeping vision that inspires the hotel team members to do their best
• Oversee the quality process to ensure customer satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service in accordance with the hotel's revenue-driven culture
• Participate in community affairs and maintain positive public image
• Make judgements and implement changes to maximize profits; supervise the develop of and revision to budgets and forecasts
• Meet with potential current clients and promote hotel
• Travel to attend corporate meeting, sales trips and serve committees such as Safety Committee
Compensation: $130,000-$160,000/annual
Qualifications:
Education:
• Gradation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related degree supplemented by three to five years experience in the hospitality industry of which two years include directorial experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Experience:
• Minimum of five years of Director of Operations or equivalent experience required
• Exempt Full-Time position with the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
