Responsible for overseeing the back of the house.

The Kitchen Manager oversees the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation are maintained. This positions works closely with our culinary team to develop and implement a diverse menu that meets the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. Leadership is crucial in creating a positive and efficient work environment while upholding our community's values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all kitchen activities, including meal preparation, cooking, and presentation.

• Plan and design menus that cater to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, including special dietary restrictions and nutrition requirements.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food storage, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness.

• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.

• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage budgetary considerations to maintain cost-effective operations.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless meal service and address any resident concerns or feedback promptly.

• Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
