About this role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Walk the floor, asking customers if they would like a beverage.
• Greet customers.
• Stock Beverage areas.
• Clean Beverage areas and sanitize
• Handle Situations in Accordance with all Casino Handbooks and Procedures.
• Utilize and Emphasize Chain of Command.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Adjust to a flexible schedule and be reliable.
• Must be available 24/7
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Required to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends.
WORK ENVIROMENT:
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have strong guest service skills
• Must be able to take direction and follow through with assigned tasks.
• Must demonstrate positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Attendance and punctuality are essential function of the position.
• Ability to stand and walk the entire shift.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Safety and Sanitation guidelines.
• Must be able to work in a second-hand smoke, high noise, bright lights, dusty and smoke-filled environment.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
• Must be 18 at time of hire.
• Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
• Must have a valid Wyoming Driver's License.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
