In doing so, you will contribute to smooth processes and gain valuable insights into the collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. In particular, you will support the planning and implementation of current projects, such as shop refurbishments, new installations, activation areas, and other special project assist in the coordination and implementation of advertising spaces and promotional activities maintain and update relevant systems, master data, and reporting overviews support invoice verification processes and assist with various administrative tasks contribute to the flow of information between internal stakeholders and external business partners support the creation, maintenance, and evaluation of sales analyses and reports Preferred Profile You are currently studying Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or a related field An interest in retail, sales, and project coordination, ideally complemented by initial practical experience in one of these fields A structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working sets you apart Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously are among your strengths Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with data and reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Very good written and spoken German and English skills An open, reliable, and proactive mindset combined with a strong team-oriented approach If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
