Job Purpose Key Outputs may include but are not limited to: The Training, Events, and Logistics Team Leader is responsible for leading the effective planning, coordination, and execution of all training programs, corporate events, and logistics operations across the organization. This role involves strategic oversight of large-scale logistics functions, continuous process improvement, and the development of high-performing teams to deliver seamless service delivery in a dynamic environment. Key Outputs may include but are not limited to: Lead, develop, and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure high performance, engagement, and effective delivery of training, event, and logistical operations. Prepare and present detailed performance dashboards, utilisation statistics, and operational reports to senior management to support data-driven decision-making. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, allocate resources, and oversee event and training delivery from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational standards, safety policies, and service excellence. Conduct regular meetings with key clients to support forward planning for training programs and events, fostering strong partnerships and proactive service delivery Manage day-to-day operational activities across all functions, ensuring efficient workflows and consistently high-quality service across all touchpoints. Oversee logistical planning and resource coordination for all collaborative workspaces, ensuring they are optimized, functional, and aligned with business needs. Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams, translating organisational priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Manage budgets and oversee resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency. Job / Role Requirements Work Experience Required A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
