Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

We are seeking candidates to work 1st shift on a 9/80 work schedule-every other Friday off!

The Production Operator will perform complex assembly or modification tasks on electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies and systems. The role will consist the following: Solder through hole, surface mount, jumpers, and complex wiring on circuit card assemblies and other electro-mechanical devices. This work will be done under a microscope. Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance to IPC-610/620 standards.

This is a proactive posting for multiple opportunities that BAE Systems regularly fills. The hiring process may be slightly delayed due to mutliple transactions that need to take place.

Required Skills and Education: • High School Diploma / GED OR 4 years of Manufacturing experience • 3+ years of experience in assembly and soldering

Preferred Skills and Education: • Certifications: IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 • Semi-rigid
