Description We’re looking for an experienced <strong>Configuration & Implementation Analyst</strong> who thrives on complex stakeholder challenges, loves solving problems for large financial institutions, and wants to play a leading role in how our platform gets implemented for new customers.<br><br>If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Briefing You’ll join our <strong>Configuration & Implementation</strong> team, mainly working on new customer implementations for our largest clients and supporting new propositions for existing customers, often alongside external implementation partners. <br><br>This is a multi-stakeholder-facing role: you’ll help translate complex mortgage and regulatory requirements into working configuration across our <strong>Orbis Rules, DocStreet, and Mid Office</strong> components, all within our cutting-edge <strong>cloud-based SaaS platform</strong>.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><br><ul><li>Act as the linking pin between customers, implementation partners, and our engineering teams on large-scale implementation projects</li><li>Take a controlling role with implementation partners, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of configuration work</li><li>Translate mortgage and financial regulations into rules, calculations, and Mid Office processes</li><li>Distinguish between standard implementation work and product or engineering changes, and hand these over appropriately</li><li>Challenge customer requirements where needed, drawing on deep platform and NL market knowledge</li><li>Conduct risk analysis on business process and rule changes, and propose mitigation strategies</li></ul><br> About You <ul><li>You have <strong>3–5 years of proven experience</strong> as a Business or Configuration Analyst (or in a similar role), with the ability to plan and deliver independently without supervision.</li><li>You bring strong knowledge of the<strong> Dutch</strong><strong> mortgage and financial regulatory landscape</strong>, and can apply it to system rules and business processes.</li><li>You have experience managing <strong>implementation partners or system integrators</strong> as active stakeholders on complex projects.</li><li>You possess excellent <strong>communication and stakeholder management</strong> skills, comfortable engaging with senior client and partner stakeholders.</li><li>You bring <strong>technical system expertise</strong>, ideally with rules engines, configuration tools, or comparable Mid Office / Core Banking components.</li><li>You are <strong>based in Amsterdam or the surrounding area</strong>, as the role requires travel to <strong>client sites</strong>.</li><li><strong>Dutch language skills are a strong plus</strong>, given the NL market focus of this role.</li></ul> Why us? <strong>What’s in It for You:</strong><br><ul><li>A collaborative and dynamic work environment</li><li>The chance to work on high-impact projects with some of the biggest names in mortgage lending</li><li>A platform to grow professionally while making a tangible difference to our clients</li><li>Continuous learning and development in a company that values your input and expertise</li></ul>
