Responsibilities: Understand customer problems and translate them into valuable product solutions.Own and prioritise the product backlog.Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, scope and acceptance criteria.Maintain product direction, priorities and roadmap.Balance customer, technical and business priorities.Ensure delivered functionality addresses the original customer need.Communicate product decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Take ownership of the product area and identify opportunities to improve it. Were recruiting for an established technology organisation that develops high-assurance software for customers in security-sensitive environments. This hands-on Product Manager role offers end-to-end ownership of a product area, with an approximate split of 70% delivery and 30% product strategy. Product management training is provided, and the opportunity may suit an experienced Product Manager or an ex-military professional transitioning into commercial Product Management. The permanent role is London-based with hybrid working, typically one to two days per week in the office. Salary is £50,000–£60,000 per year plus benefits.
