Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year
Requirements: Experience in an Agile software or digital product environmentGood understanding of requirements gathering, prioritisation, backlogs and tools such as JiraComfortable working directly with software engineers and communicating with a range of stakeholdersConfidence to ask questions, challenge constructively and make decisions when priorities competeCuriosity, adaptability and readiness to take more ownershipExperience with customer discovery, journey mapping, design thinking or product growth is useful but not essential Responsibilities: Take problems from initial discovery through to deliveryWork directly with customers, users, designers and software engineersUnderstand customer needs, identify sources of friction and define user journeysGather requirements directly from customersShape solutions with design and engineeringPrioritise the backlog and make decisions when stakeholders compete for development capacityBuild understanding of our products, customers and wider business to make decisions with increasing autonomy and influence future product directionContribute to solving problems across role boundaries Technologies: JIRAProduct Owner More:
