Salary: £75,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: We are looking for a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer or Cloud Engineer with strong experience across Microsoft Azure.We would like experience with Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tooling.We would like experience with CI/CD.We would like experience with cloud networking.We would like experience deploying and supporting applications in production.Experience with Kubernetes or AKS would be particularly useful.Azure DevOps, Entra ID, cloud security, observability, cost optimisation, or relevant Azure/Kubernetes certifications would all add value.We are looking for someone comfortable taking ownership, solving problems, and working closely with both Infrastructure and Software Engineering teams. Responsibilities: We will have you build and maintain Azure infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.We will have you develop and improve CI/CD pipelines.We will have you support the deployment of applications into production.We will have you work with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerised applications.We will have you improve cloud networking, security, resilience, and observability.We will have you work with Entra ID and identity/access management.We will have you partner closely with Software Engineers to make deployments simpler, safer, and more reliable.We will have you help shape platform standards, tooling, and ways of working.You will influence how the platform evolves rather than simply following an established blueprint. We are a growing HealthTech business continuing to invest in our engineering capability and the Azure platform behind our products. This Platform Engineer role sits at the intersection of Software Engineering and Infrastructure, giving you real ownership of our cloud environment and the chance to help engineers build, deploy, and run software securely and reliably. We already have strong Platform Engineering expertise in the business, and we are looking to build more depth in the team, reduce reliance on individual engineers, and continue improving how our cloud infrastructure is designed and delivered. The role is based in London with a hybrid working pattern of 2 days per week in the office, and the salary is up to £90,000.
