Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year
Requirements: Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous but not essential.Previous experience in a support technician role.Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.Strong written and verbal communication skills.A calm, logical approach to problem-solving and customer care.Experience with cloud platforms, video calls, or customer training.Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve a wide variety of customer queries with warmth, patience, and professionalism.Provide support by phone, video, email, and chat.Run product demonstrations, onboard new customers, and deliver training sessions.Liaise between customers and internal teams, sharing ideas and feedback for improvements.Travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows; weekend travel is compensated with time off in lieu.
