About this role
We are looking for a passionate and committed Lecturer - SEND specialist who understands the transformational impact of SEND education.
You should have:
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)In addition, you will demonstrate:
Experience teaching SEND students within Further EducationExperience delivering classes to students with a diverse range of Educational needsStrong understanding of inclusive teaching strategiesThe ability to differentiate effectively for mixed-ability groupsExperience tracking and monitoring learner progress using digital systemsStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeingIf you are passionate about helping students gain skills that unlock new opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
