What you will bring to the role We are seeking an inspirational midwife who can bring energy, vision and strong leadership to our Delivery Suite team. The successful candidate will:
Demonstrate substantial experience within maternity services and a passion for intrapartum care. Inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional patient-centred care. Lead and support a large multidisciplinary workforce, fostering a positive and inclusive culture. Drive quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based practice. Support service development and implement innovative ways of working. Be confident in managing workforce, resources and departmental budgets. Champion staff wellbeing, professional development and education. Work clinically when required through escalation Demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills. Act as a visible role model, embodying the values of The Leeds Way. UK Registration
