Introduction Sentence For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting as of December 2026 a Your new job includes As a working student (m/f/d) in our family-owned company, you will support our Brand Communication Management team within the Marketing Communication department at our Hamburg location. In this position, you will work 20 hours per week and contribute to the implementation of campaigns and communication measures, while gaining valuable insights into the brand communication of an internationally operating retail company. You will serve as an important interface between the Brand Communication team, the creative team, our locations, other internal contacts and agencies. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the development and implementation of campaigns and communication measures – from preparing briefings to coordinating feedback and materials Contributing to the planning and implementation of campaign activations and coordinating with internal contacts and locations Collecting and preparing creative ideas for communication measures Creating presentations and preparing other communication-specific content Supporting market research activities, for example to measure advertising effectiveness, as well as preparing and evaluating relevant results Supporting the team with day-to-day operations and other organisational and project-related tasks Preferred Profile Currently studying marketing, communication studies, media, business administration, economics or a comparable degree programme Initial professional experience, for example through previous vocational training, internships or previous working student positions Initial experience in project management, for example through contributing to projects, coordinating tasks or working with various stakeholders A basic understanding of marketing and an interest in brand communication, campaigns and creative topics A structured and diligent approach to work, initiative and an enthusiasm for reliably driving organisational tasks forward Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, very good written and spoken German and English, as well as a basic understanding of how to use AI tools If you do not tick all boxes, but still believe you are a match to this role, we are happy to get in touch.
