**Required: Demonstrated hands-on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience. Due to the specialized nature of this role, candidates without direct P2P experience will not be considered.**DescriptionThe Project Manager/Business Analyst supports effective coordination across the Procure to Pay Business Workstream. This role focuses on organizing, tracking, and advancing work activities to ensure tasks are visible, followed up, and completed, as per the project schedule. This role acts as an execution partner to the Procure to Pay Lead, supporting day-to-day organization, coordination, and follow-through across the workstream. The role does not own functional decisions but ensures the team is aligned, accountable, and progressing against commitments.This is a coordinationfocused role suited for a professional with enterprise experience who is comfortable working in the procurement, payables, inventory and other financial business domains and collaborating with system integrators. The role plays a critical role in ensuring momentum, clarity, and follow-through so that completes its commitments, and nothing falls through the cracks.Key Responsibilities:Support the Procure to Pay team by providing visibility and tracking of upcoming tasksEngage project team members to identify business resources needed to complete tasks and reach objectives Support maintenance of the P2P schedule by tracking detailed task progress and highlighting gapsProvide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about progress Capture decisions, actions, and commitments, and maintain accurate follow-up recordsWork collaboratively with the system implementor to ensure tasks are assigned and completedWork with the project team to effectively communicate expectations related to deliverables Follow Project Fusion standards, governance practices, and delivery frameworks, while recommending improvements where gaps are identified.Monitor task execution progress and make adjustments as needed Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement Guide and advise the project team in corrective steps to enhance project performanceEvaluate project processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Work closely with other project workstreams to complete deliverables and achieve project milestonesCommunicate key insights and findings to team members and management Identify and resolve project issues Gather data and analyze business and user needs Coordinate the development of documentation to enable implementationIdentify risks to delivery early and escalate to the P2P Lead and Program Leadership when progress is off track.Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferred Skills: · Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail· Confident written and verbal communication skills· Ability to work proactively and follow up without formal authority· Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders and prioritiesJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Springfield, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140.00 - $170.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
