paths:Member Services Representative focused on high-volume member support and servicing needs.Associate Member Advocate focused on first notice of loss and claims intake support.While the day-to-day white-glove service through phone, email, and other communication channels.Build strong relationships through empathy, professionalism, and active listening.Accurately document conversations and complete follow-up activities.Navigate multiple systems and applications while managing member interactions.Resolve member concerns efficiently while maintaining a high-quality experience.Adapt to Ongoing member support and service requestsKey ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming member inquiries and service-related requests.Resolve questions and concerns from members and agents.Provide accurate information regarding policies, coverage, and account-related needs.Manage a high volume of daily interactions while maintaining personalized service.Ensure requests are handled from initial contact through resolution.Work EnvironmentApproximately 3040 inbound member interactions per dayFast-paced environment with consistent call volumeFocus on efficiency, responsiveness, and service excellenceNon-scripted conversations that require problem solving and relationship-building skillsAssociate Member Advocate (Claims Intake)Primary Focus: First Notice of Loss and claims supportKey ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact when members report a claim.Gather information and complete claims intake documentation.Guide members through the early stages of the claims process.Handle follow-up activities related to auto glass and tow claims.Assist with claim setup, coverage application, reserve establishment, and claim progression.Provide reassurance and support during stressful situations.Work EnvironmentApproximately 1020 inbound claim-related interactions per dayLonger, more detailed conversations requiring empathy and attention to detailFocus on quality,
