DescriptionJunior Financial Analyst to support the Division FP&A Headquarters team.This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to develop a strongfoundation in financial planning and analysis. The Junior Financial Analyst will support financial reporting,forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis while partnering with finance team members to providetimely and accurate financial information that supports decision-making across the organization.On-site 5x per week for the first few months**Responsibilities include: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and analyses supporting monthly,quarterly, and annual planning processes, including Plans, Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), and Long-RangeProjections (LRP). Support the consolidation, validation, and review of financial data for management reporting andbusiness performance analysis. Assist with the preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheet reviews, cash flow reporting, andvariance analyses. Maintain and update financial models, reporting tools, and spreadsheets used by the FP&A team. Support monthly close activities through reconciliations, expense reviews, journal entry preparation, andreporting updates. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports and assist with forecasting and budgettracking activities. Analyze actual results against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year performance and help identify keydrivers of variances. Assist with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reporting and performance metric tracking. Support capital expenditure requests, purchase order reviews, and project spending analyses as needed. Assist with profitability analyses, pricing analyses, and resource planning activities under the guidance offinance team members. Gather and compile financial and operational data from multiple sources to support business reviews andmanagement presentations. Maintain compliance with company policies, financial controls, and reporting requirements. Support process improvement initiatives designed to enhance reporting efficiency, automation, and dataaccuracy. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
