DescriptionOur client is looking for an Program coordinator to support the AV technology needs and Learning Management System. They will be responsible for building and maintaining course sites through Canvas as well as supporting classroom issues with microphones, cameras and lecture capture. The consultant will provide day-to-day academic technology and audiovisual support for faculty and classrooms. Primary responsibilities include: Responding to a dedicated AV support line and assisting faculty with classroom technology issues. Troubleshooting microphones, cameras, software installations, and classroom technology setups. Building, updating, testing, and maintaining Learning Management System (LMS) course sites. Supporting course preparation efforts for upcoming semesters, including Spring course readiness. Working with faculty to gather course materials and ensure courses are student-ready. Providing support for classroom AV equipment, lecture capture systems, and course communication tools. Assisting faculty, staff, students, and guest lecturers with academic technology questions and technical issues. Coordinating with Educational Technology teams, IT groups, and external vendors when additional technical expertise is required. Following established support procedures while delivering high-quality customer service. Supporting additional academic technology initiatives and projects as needed during the assignment.Technology Utilized: Canvas LMS Slido Adongo Standard classroom AV technologyJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Durham, NC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
