Assembly Technician 📍 Boise, ID🕒 Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Job Description We are seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Boise, ID. This is a hands-on role responsible for assembling mechanical systems and components using hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and work instructions. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working in manufacturing.This position offers a stable schedule, opportunities for growth, and the chance to build high-quality products in a clean and organized production environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tubing, piping, valves, fittings, and mechanical components according to blueprints and work instructions. • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions. • Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies. • Use tape measures and other measuring devices to ensure accurate component placement and assembly. • Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications. • Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production goals. • Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience in manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, automotive, fabrication, or related fields preferred Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ideal Backgrounds

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift • Lift up to 40 lbs regularly • Perform repetitive assembly tasks • Bend, reach, stoop, and move materials throughout the day Work Environment Work in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing facility where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. Employees use hand and power tools daily while assembling mechanical systems and components according to detailed specifications and customer requirements. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Nampa, ID. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
