Position Responsibilities: • Manage and process Sales Operations requests, including order forms, renewals, expansions, add-ons, amendments, terminations, transfers, and account/name changes. • Create, update, and maintain opportunities in Salesforce/CPQ, ensuring product, pricing, quantities, subscription terms, and customer information are accurate. • Review requests and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy before processing or routing for approval. • Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Revenue Recognition, Finance, Pricing, Sales Order Support, Distribution, and other internal teams to resolve requests. • Prepare and revise customer-facing order forms and related contractual documentation according to established policies and procedures. • Support pricing and licensing requests and validate information against applicable price books, existing agreements, and customer assets. • Monitor assigned requests and ensure they are completed within established service-level agreements (SLAs). • Provide timely acknowledgments, status updates, and clear communication to internal stakeholders. • Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential processing issues and proactively work with the appropriate teams to resolve them. • Maintain accurate records and trackers for requests, approvals, follow-ups, and completed transactions. • Prioritize urgent and high-value transactions, particularly during month-end and quarter-end periods. • Follow established Sales Operations policies, approval processes, and documentation requirements. • Develop a strong understanding of company products, licensing models, subscription structures, and internal systems. • Handle increasingly complex requests independently while escalating exceptions or unusual scenarios when necessary. • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, SOP development, and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Provide backup coverage for other team members and support overall team workload as business needs require. • Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, responsiveness, accountability, and ownership of assigned requests.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. • At least 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Customer Operations, Finance Operations, or a similar role. • Experience working with Salesforce, CPQ, CRM, or other order management systems is preferred. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to review contracts, order forms, pricing, and customer information accurately. • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and follow through until completion. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when identifying discrepancies or resolving order-processing issues. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Legal, Finance, Revenue Recognition, Pricing, and other cross-functional teams. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling urgent requests, especially during month-end and quarter-end periods. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Ability to understand and follow established policies, procedures, approval requirements, and SLAs. • Customer-service oriented, with a professional and responsive approach when supporting internal stakeholders. • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems, products, licensing models, and business processes. • High level of accountability, accuracy, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
