Job description: Identity & Access Management Technical Lead Thoriva · Remote · Full-Time Thoriva, an Infinite Company, is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Technical Lead to support the administration, operation, and improvement of enterprise identity and access management solutions in regulated environments. JOB SUMMARY The IAM Analyst will administer and support enterprise IAM platforms and identity lifecycle processes, including user access, provisioning, access governance, authentication, and privileged access. The role will work with security, application, infrastructure, operations, and vendor teams to maintain secure, reliable, and compliant IAM services. Key Responsibilities
• Administer and support enterprise IAM and identity governance platforms.
• Manage identity lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, joiner-mover-leaver processes, access requests, approvals, and certifications.
• Configure and support IAM workflows, policies, connectors, integrations, roles, and entitlements.
• Monitor IAM platforms, scheduled jobs, and integrations and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support authentication, multi-factor authentication, privileged access, role-based access control, and non-human identities.
• Assist with application onboarding and integration with enterprise IAM services.
• Investigate IAM incidents and access issues and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, configuration records, and audit evidence.
• Support IAM security and compliance requirements, including least privilege and segregation of duties.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, systems administration, or related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting enterprise IAM or identity governance platforms.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access governance, authentication, authorization, and privileged access.
• Experience with directory services, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, APIs, connectors, and identity integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with security and compliance requirements such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, or SOC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.
• IAM or cybersecurity certification.
• Experience supporting U.S. federal government, financial services, or other regulated environments.
• Experience working with distributed technical and vendor teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance if required.
