Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews ⦁ Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations ⦁ Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables ⦁ Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill and Experience: ⦁ Experience with Quality Engineering Strategy Design. ⦁ Experience with test automation architecture and enterprise automation implementation. ⦁ Experience with Automation framework design and setup across application landscapes. ⦁ Experience with Selenium WebDriver with Java. ⦁ Experience with Playwright. ⦁ Experience with REST API testing. ⦁ Experience with TestNG. ⦁ Experience with Maven. ⦁ Experience with Jenkins. ⦁ Experience with Automation roadmap and strategy development. ⦁ Experience with Test automation implementation planning. ⦁ Experience with AWS Pipeline setup or Azure DevOps. ⦁ Experience with GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, or Kiro. ⦁ Experience with Client-facing stakeholder management. ⦁ Experience with Automation code reviews and technical mentoring. ⦁ Experience with Quality Engineering leadership. ⦁ Experience with Offshore team coordination and delivery leadership. ⦁ Experience with Resource planning and account growth initiatives. ⦁ Experience with Delivery tracking, reporting, and governance.
Preferred Skill and Experience: ⦁ Experience with Agentic AI development and Selenium-Java. ⦁ Experience with AI-assisted software engineering. ⦁ Experience with Enterprise Quality Engineering transformation. ⦁ Experience with Continuous Testing practices. ⦁ Experience with CI/CD integration. ⦁ Experience with Automation CoE initiatives. ⦁ Experience with Automation capability development. ⦁ Experience with Solution architecture and technical consulting. ⦁ Experience with Healthcare domain applications. ⦁ Experience with Large-scale automation modernization programs.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
