Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Required Skill and Experience: ⦁ Experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across implementation / Support / Development projects. ⦁ Experience in Workday HCM NA payroll and core HCM. ⦁ Experience working closely with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements. ⦁ Experience in demonstrating configurations using prototyping. ⦁ Experience in unit testing the processes. ⦁ Experience providing subject matter expertise on key business process decisions. ⦁ Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes. ⦁Experience in managing and run Workday major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment.

Preferred Skill and Experience: ⦁ Ability to identify improvement opportunities for business and implement. ⦁ Propose functionality changes based on business requirements. ⦁ Good experience with basic and advanced security. ⦁ Should have basic technical knowledge. ⦁ Experience managing medium-size team would be a plus. ⦁ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ⦁ Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
