Location: 1 Ebury Square - No.1 Ebury Square , Management Suite, London, SW1W 9AH
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off
Salary: £28,410 per annum

Development Details:
This role will be based at a residential development located in Belgravia. The development contains 71 residential apartments, benefiting from a car park and leisure suite. It is also located close to Victoria and Sloane Square Underground Station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:
Carrying out general maintenance and handyman tasks across the siteApplying basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to resolve issuesUsing strong problem-solving skills to identify and fix faults efficientlyDriving as required as part of your duties (full UK driving licence essential)Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.Skilled in handling feedback
