Sales Progressor – Hyde New Homes

Would you like to join Hyde as a Sales progressor within our new homes team?
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Progressor to take ownership of progressing new build shared ownership and outright sales from reservation through to exchange and completion. This is a key role within Hyde New Homes, ensuring that transactions move efficiently, risks are mitigated, and customers receive a seamless, high-quality experience throughout the sales journey. You will play a critical role in helping us meet sales targets, achieve programme deadlines, and maximise income by ensuring homes are progressed and completed within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property sales from reservation through to exchange and completionProactively manage a sales pipeline, ensuring targets and timelines are metDeliver a responsive, customer-focused service, resolving issues efficientlyLiaise with solicitors, agents, financial advisors and purchasers to progress salesWork closely with internal teams to support smooth delivery and completionsEnsure sales and legal documentation is accurate and issued on timeMaintain CRM systems and trackers with accurate, up-to-date informationProduce KPI reports, sales forecasts and scheme performance updatesMonitor scheme surplus against appraisals and escalate risks as neededSupport viewings, open days and completions when requiredProcess reservation payments and coordinate with Finance and external partners What we’re looking for
Experience in sales progression, conveyancing or property sales supportKnowledge of shared ownership or new-build sales processes (desirable)Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skills About Hyde
