We are now seeking a Tenancy Management Advisor to join our frontline Neighbourhoods & Tenancy Services team and play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused housing service.

What you’ll be doing

Act as the first point of contact for ASB and tenancy management queriesProvide clear, accurate advice and guidance to customersSupport early intervention approaches including mediation and preventionManage and update case records accurately using CRM systemsSupport tenancy changes including joint-to-sole applications, household updates and bereavement casesInvestigate issues such as abandonment, illegal subletting and tenancy breachesCarry out risk assessments and support case planningWork collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies including police, local authorities and safeguarding partnersEnsure full compliance with housing legislation, safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies

About you

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and customer-focused, with experience in housing, ASB or a similar frontline service environment.

Experience in ASB, tenancy management or housing-related caseworkSome knowledge of housing law, tenancy processes and safeguarding principlesStrong communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
