Lead and manage store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strict adherence to company standardsSupervise, train, and motivate team members while providing constructive feedback and meaningful support for their professional developmentInteract professionally and courteously with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and a genuine customer-focused approachHandle cash management responsibilities, including processing transactions, reconciling registers, and maintaining accurate financial recordsAnswer phones, take orders, and manage customer communications in a friendly and efficient mannerMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment by overseeing cleaning duties and operational standardsAssist with inventory management, stock rotation, and supply ordering to optimize store operationsResolve conflicts and operational challenges with a decisive yet collaborative approachCommunicate transparently with management regarding operational issues, employee performance, and customer feedbackAnalyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and strategic growthPerform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and standing for extended periodsSupport team members in achieving individual and store-wide goals through motivational leadership Proven leadership and team management experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environmentStrong math and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle financial transactions accurately and efficientlyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and customersDemonstrated customer service excellence and a genuine commitment to customer satisfactionReliable, responsible, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure while maintaining quality standardsProficiency in cash handling and money managementPhysical capability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and stand for extended periodsFriendly demeanor, positive attitude, and genuine enthusiasm for supporting and motivating team membersAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededConflict resolution and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative and inclusive mindsetWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes, technologies, and operational improvementsExperience with inventory management and stock control proceduresDemonstrated ability to analyze performance data and identify operational improvement opportunitiesExperience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills (preferred)Background in staff training and development (preferred) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
