eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. Our next-generation computing machines under development will be able to find solutions to problems that are out of reach today, thus enabling new innovative products and services for a brighter future. We are looking for a Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (f/m/d) to join our team . Responsibilities: Process and maintain order confirmations, including checking them against purchase orders for prices, quantities, delivery dates and terms, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers Track delivery dates, follow up consistently with suppliers in case of delays, and inform the relevant departments of schedule changes in a timely manner Create and maintain items in the ERP system, including item master data, manufacturer part numbers, prices, lead times and purchasing information Maintain supplier data, including master data, contact details, terms and conditions, certificates and supplier evaluations Ensure high data quality through regular data reviews and cleansing, including the identification and resolution of duplicate records Support operational purchasing processes, from purchase requisitions through to invoice verification Contribute to the continuous improvement of master data standards and purchasing processes within the ERP system
