eleQtron develops and operates full-stack quantum computers based on trapped-ion technology. Quantum computing is a new computing paradigm rapidly approaching commercial viability. Our unique approach combines laser-cooled trapped ions with microwave control and tailored magnetic fields. About the Role: As a Compiler Engineer (f/m/d), you will contribute to the advancement of our quantum compiler ecosystem, building technologies that enable efficient quantum program execution. You will work across compiler infrastructure, optimization, code generation, and developer tooling. Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain compiler infrastructure and software systems Build and optimize compiler and code generation Write, test, debug, and optimize production-quality code Implement optimization techniques and intermediate representations Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the compiler software stack Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable compiler solutions. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
