• Lead and manage the API Connect administration team, providing strategic direction and ensuring efficient operations. • Conduct requirements gathering, impact analysis, and development activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Oversee the SIT and UAT phases, ensuring thorough testing and timely issue resolution. • Provide expert support and guidance for critical production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact. • Maintain a deep understanding of the API Connect/ESB layers and their integration with the system and business environment. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in API management and integration. • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align API Connect administration with business goals and objectives. • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations within the API Connect environment. • Drive innovation and explore new technologies to enhance API Connect administration and overall software delivery.
