US Software Solutions is looking for a Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a good background in payroll processing, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00 Collecting, verifying, and entering payroll data into the payroll system; Calculating salaries, taxes, contributions, and other deductions according to tax legislation and individual employment contracts; Generating payroll statements and preparing related reports; Managing medical leave, vacation days, and other types of absences; Maintaining payroll document records and archiving them in compliance with legal regulations; Providing support to employees in clarifying payroll, tax, and deduction-related matters; Meeting legal deadlines and internal company policy requirements.
