Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic procedures in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards. Utilize specialized equipment and clinical resources to provide safe, high-quality patient care. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary to promote optimal recovery and well-being. Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols, patient safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead the Plan of Care Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care. Perform ongoing evaluations of treatment effectiveness and patient progress. Facilitate discharge planning and coordinate referrals and resources when appropriate. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team Partner with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care. Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and care conferences. Delegate and supervise patient care activities as appropriate. Serve as a clinical resource and role model for colleagues, new graduates, and support staff. Educate, Advocate & Support Build meaningful relationships with patients and families through compassionate communication. Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and recovery goals. Advocate for patients' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Promote an environment of dignity, respect, and patient-centered care
